洋葱伯克霍尔德菌对β-内酰胺类耐药性分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的对洋葱伯克霍尔德菌对于β-内酰胺类的耐药性分析。方法分离临床标本中的洋葱伯克霍尔德菌并对其β-内酰胺类耐药性及相关基因进行分析。结果临床分离的洋葱伯克霍尔德菌对β-内酰胺类药物多数耐药,所测基因型中OXA和PER基因全阴性,DHA基因5号和10号阳性,VIM和IMP基因5号阳性。结论洋葱伯克霍尔德菌是一种多重耐药菌,天然耐药多种抗生素,一旦感染治疗困难,所以对其基因型的研究对于临床的耐药性分析具有一定的指导意义。
