枸杞原汁抗疲劳作用的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究枸杞原汁对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法:120只SPF级昆明种雌性小鼠平均分成4组,其中宁夏鲜枸杞原汁分10,20,30m1/(kg·d)三个剂量组给小鼠灌胃,对照组给等剂量生理盐水,共21天。最后一天喂养后,小鼠游泳造成疲劳,测定运动耐力、肝糖原、血乳酸(LAC)、血尿素氮(BUN)等指标。结果:枸杞原汁均能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间,明显提高小鼠运动后体内肝糖原的含量,降低血尿素氮(BUN)和血乳酸(LAC)的含量。结论:枸杞原汁具有良好的抗疲劳作用。 Objective:To study the antifatigue effect of raw juice from Lycium baroarum L..Methods:120 mice were randomized into 4 groups:three groups of raw juice from Lycium barbarum L. at doses of 10,20,30ml/(kg·d),and the saline group through gastric tube for 21 days.After the last fed,mice were forced to swim to induce fatigue. Resistance of exercise,liver glycogen,blood lactic acid and blood urea nitrogen (BUN)were measured. Results:Three raw juice groups could significantly increase the burden swimming time in mice,increase the reserve of live glycogen and decrease the rising content of blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and blood lactic acid after strenuous exercise.Conclusion:Raw juice from Lycium bar- barum L. has antifatigue effect.
