摘要
为了进一步实地检验电网解环工程的薄弱环节,掌握电网在大负荷状态下的运行特点,预防大面积停电事故的发生,举行了"山西南部电网联合反事故演习"。在介绍联合反事故演习概况的基础上,针对演习中所暴露出的电网结构和运行管理问题,系统分析和论证了产生问题的原因,并且基于地区电网的现状,结合近年来国内外发生的典型电网事故案例,提出了保证电网安全稳定运行和应对大面积停电的措施。为进一步完善该地区的电网解环工程提供了基础,也为同类电网的管理提供了借鉴。
To further check the weak points in grid unlink engineering,understand the oper ating character of grid under big loading and prevent the happening of blackout, the grid joint anti-accident exercise was held in southern Shanxi. The paper gives a general introduction of the exercise, analyses the causes which lead to the problems of grid structure and operation management and puts forward some countermeasures based on the current situation of regional grid and in combination with typical grid accidents in recent years both domestic and abroad. These countermeasures will help improve the grid unlink engineering and provide some reference to the management of similar power grid.
