摘要
现今对素质教育的相关论述颇多,但并未给素质教育的实施带来突破性进展。应试教育愈演愈烈,素质教育却徘徊不前。实施素质教育的关键在于确保升学率,且建立相应的运行机制:素质教育升学保障机制、素质教育评估奖惩机制、素质教育法律约束机制,进而推进素质教育稳步向前发展。
So many discussions on quality -oriented education nowadays do not bring breakthrough to the development of the implement. Examination - oriented education grows more and more vigorously, while quality - oriented education doesn＇t make much progress. The key to quality -oriented education is to ensure the passing rate in higher education level entering examination and set up relevant operation mechanism： ensuring mechanism for higher education level entering examination; reasonable assessment mechanism; legal restriction mechanism, which will help to promote the steady development of quality - oriented education.
