有机累托石改性环氧树脂基复合材料的研究

摘要 用E-51环氧树脂作为基体,以经过有机改性的钠基纳米累托石为改性剂,采用浇注成型工艺制备出了有机累托石(OREC)改性的环氧树脂基复合材料。分别研究了有机粘土对树脂体系粘度、凝胶特性、力学性能和热变形温度、耐湿热性能等的影响。结果表明:有机粘土的加入可缩短树脂的凝胶时间,但幅度不大;有机粘土对相同温度下树脂体系的粘度影响不大;对OREC/EP体系而言,累托石含量为3%时综合性能提高幅度最大,冲击强度提高了6.25%,弯曲强度提高了8.39%,热变形温度(HDT)提高了30℃;随着累托石含量的增加,体系的耐湿热性能呈上升趋势。 EP-based composites were prepared by casting process with E-51 epoxy resin as matrix, organic rectorite as modification agent. The effect of organic rectorite on the viscosity, gel-time, heat deformation temperature, mechanical properties and wet-heat resistant property were researched. It was found that OREC can shorten the gel-time of composites in small scale but has little effect on viscosity. The enhancement of comprehensive properties of OREC/ EP system reaches a maximum value when the content of OREC gets at 3%, e.g. the impact strength is increased by 6.25%, the bending strength by 8.39% and the heat distortion temperature by 30 ℃. The wet-heat resistant property tends to rise with the increase of OREC content.
