摘要 虚拟制造是一种新兴的先进制造概念和理论,虚拟装配是虚拟制造研究领域的重要研究分支。虚拟装配可帮助产品摆脱对于试制物理样机并装配物理样机的过度依赖,可以有效地提高产品装配建模的质量与速度,有助于降低产品开发成本,缩短产品开发周期。本文介绍了虚拟装配的国内外现状,分析了虚拟装配基本设计思想和内涵,探讨了模具的虚拟装配,把虚拟装配技术用于模具设计,用计算机来完成其装配过程,可以提高设计效率,减少设计变更等因素带来的损失。 Virtual manufacturing is a new and advanced manufacturing concept and theory. Virtual assembling is an important branch of virtual manufacturing. Virtual assembling can assist to shake off the excessive dependent of physical prototype to test and assemble. It can improve the quality and velocity of product modeling and assembling. It has the benefit for decreasing product development cost and developing cycle. The present state of virtual assembling at home and abroad was introduced. The virtual assembling basic design thought and the connotation were analyzed and discussed. The mould virtual assembling technology was investigated to apply it in the mold design. The computer was used to finish the assembling process. The design efficiency becomes higher. The loss becomes lower due to the change of design and other factors.
