摘要
在一总高650mm,直径60mm的三相流化床实验装置上,分别采用压降法和取样法测定了不同操作条件下二元混合物蔗糖晶体颗粒浓度沿轴向的分布,并建立了表征颗粒混合与分级程度的数学模型,得到不同条件下的混合系数。结果表明,混合系数即混合程度随气速增加而增大,但随液速增加略有减小;随大颗粒比率的增加,床中的离集程度有所增大。
Experiments were carried out in a three phase fluidized bed with 650mm height and 60mm internal diameter.Concentration distribution of binary sucrose crystal mixtures for different operating conditions was obtained both by measuring pressure gradients and by sampling.Solid mixing(diffusion)model based on the combined effects of diffusive and convective mechanisms was developed to evaluate the solid mixing and segregation behaviors for the particles of each size in the mixture.The results indicated that at a given liquid velocity axial mixing extent of both larger and smaller particles increase sharply with an increase in the gas velocity,whereas decrease slightly with an increase in the liquid velocity at a given gas velocity and with increasing weight ratio.
