摘要
本文通过对铝端盖的加工工艺进行分析,设计出适用于铝端盖联结孔钻孔的盖板式钻模,通过对钻模钻孔精度的分析,证实了应用钻模钻孔,能够满足精度要求,并使钻孔质量得到保证,使零件具有互换性,装配也变得容易,提高了生产效率。
Aiming to drill joining holes on the aluminum end plate, a cover board drilling jig is designed after the analysis for the aluminum end plate processing, the drill precision is evaluated to testify that it can meet the design required and can keep the drill quality consistent by drilling with the jig, it also makes the parts freely interchangeable, facilitate to assemble, and increases the efficiency as well.
