摘要 51名管制学员参加两个模拟雷达管制任务情境的实验,采用主观评定法测量他们在执行任务时的情境意识,以考察情境意识的个体差异。结果表明,管制员学员获取与保持情境意识的能力具有个体差异与稳定性。研究结果对管制员的选拔与训练具有应用价值。 Two radar control simulation scenarios were created to examine the individual difference in air traffic controller situation awareness. 51 air traffic control trainees participated in the study and subjectively rated their situation awareness. The resuhs showed individual difference in air traffic controller situation awareness, and the subjects had stable ability to acquire and maintain situation awareness. The results can be applied to psychological selection and training of air traffic controller.
