摘要
目的:探讨以心力衰竭为首发症状的老年人急性心肌梗死(AMI)的临床特点。方法:回顾分析1982年1月～2006年12月收治的32例以心力衰竭为首发症状的老年人AMI患者。结果:发现心功能不全(心力衰竭,泵功能衰竭)是老年人AMI的特殊类型,容易误诊。结论:提高对心力衰竭型AMI的认识和警惕,及时进行相关检查,避免误诊。
Objective：To investigate the clinical characteristices of the senile acute mycardiac infarction （AMI） patients with hear failure as its initia symptom. Methods：A retrospective study was made to 32 cases of senile AMI patients with hear failure as its initial symptom during the period 1982.1～2006.12. Results：The outcome showed that heart failure was a special type in the senile AMI.Conelusion：Improving the reeognizition and vigilance of heart failure type AMI and doing relevent examination in time are very important to avoid misdiagnosis.
