摘要
在探讨矿业构建循环经济评价指标体系的意义和基本原则的基础上,结合矿业经济自身特点,参照相关行业研究成果,从社会经济、能源消耗、污染排放、循环利用等方面构建了矿业循环经济评价指标体系,并运用主成分分析方法对我国2002—2006年矿业循环经济发展水平进行了相应评价分析。分析结果表明,近年来,我国矿业循环经济综合发展水平逐年提高,呈现出良好的发展态势。
This paper introduces the significance and principles, and establishes the evaluation index for mining recycling economy from social economy, energy consumption, pollution release and recycling utilization based on mining economy and related industrial studies, which is applied to analyze the mining recycling economic development level in 2002--2006, indicating that the mining recycling economy development level is boosting year by year.
