摘要
论述了并行工程在产品开发与生产过程集成化管理中的应用，给出了实施并行工程的组织机制，对企业产品的传统的串行开发过程和新的并行开发过程进行了对比，讨论了某单件小批量制造企业由串行开发到并行开发的技术与支持环境．
A management system for Concurrent Engineering (CE)integrated product developing and production processes has been studied. The organizing mechanism for CE has been put forward A comparison has been done for traditional developing product methods and new developing product way for CE. The technology and supporting environment of developing products for CE have been discussed in a single and small batch manufacturing enterprises.
