摘要
采用电子束对聚砜中空纤维进行辐射,使其接枝苯乙烯而制备了纳滤膜,进行了截留性能的研究.实验表明,随着反应时间的增加,膜通量降低,截留率变化不大;将膜保存在水里和甘油里优于保存在空气里;随着循环体系中操作压力的上升,纳滤膜对二价无机盐的截留率和水通量都是上升的.
A hollow fiber composite nanofiltration membrane was developed by electron beam radiation crosslinking in the styrene atmosphere for some time, using polysulfone (PSF) ultrafiltationmembrane as support membrane, and the rejection and flux were measured. It is shown that with the increasing of the reaction time in the pre irradiation process, the flux is lower and the rejection makes little change. The membrane preserved in the water and glycerol is superior to that preserved in the air. With the pressure rising, the rejection and the flux of NF membrane of multi-charged inorganic salt rise.
