摘要
进行了光面护壁爆破和切缝护壁爆破技术的动态光弹性试验,获得了光面护壁爆破和切缝护壁爆破过程的等差条纹图。从对条纹图的分析表明,由于护壁套管的存在,能够大幅度降低爆炸产物对护壁面方向的冲击作用,光面护壁爆破临空面和护壁面之间的剪应力差值高达3.5倍,切缝护壁爆破临空面和护壁面之间的剪应力差值高达1.75倍。它们是在护壁面和临空面之间形成光滑爆破开裂面的重要动力。这说明护壁爆破有较好的护壁作用和聚能效应。
The isochromatic fringes graphs of smooth blasting and cutting seam blasting of pipe protecting borehole wall were obtained upon dynamic photo-elasticity experiments on both kinds of blasting. Analysis on the graphs show that shock effect can be greatly reduced for the existence of protecting face. The shear stress on smooth blasting of pipe protecting borehole wall between free face and protecting face reaches as high as 3.5 times, while the shear stress on cutting seam blasting of pipe protecting borehole wall between free face and protecting face reaches 1.75 times. Great power formed in free face direction for shaping smooth crack face of blasting and crashing medium, which shows that blasting protecting borehole wall has more effect of protecting borehole wall and congregating energy.
