摘要
目前,相当一部分老字号企业,由于自身和环境因素,面临着发展的困境。本文在阐述了老字号的法律属性以及老字号企业作为商业价值和文化价值的载体的基础上,论证了老字号企业在市场经济环境下获得特殊保护的合理性,提出了构建老字号商业保护和文化保护相统一的法律支持体系。
Quite a number of time-honored firms are now in a difficult situation for development owing to individual and their business environmental factors. Based on the legal attribute of time-honored brands, which serve as carriers of commercial and cultural values, this article argues for the rationality for time-honored firms to have special protection in the market economy environment and for the establishment of a legal support system involving both commercial and cultural protection of time-honored firms.
