摘要
对青岛市农民工基本权益保障现状调研的结果表明:当前关于农民工基本权益保障(包括人身权利、经济权利、政治权利、文化权利)的法律法规和政策还有许多有待完善的地方。基本权益的保障是农民工享受的社会保障中养老、医疗、失业、工伤保障和其本人及后代发展保障两项权利得以实现的基础,也是近期解决农民工问题的关键。对此,建议在消除歧视观念,保障人身权益和经济权益、劳动报酬权、政治权利、文化权益的实现等方面进一步完善有关法律法规和政策。
The security of the basic rights and interests of farmer laborers is the basis of full implementation of all their rights and interests, which is also the key to solving farmer laborers＇ issues in the near future. Withal, related rules and regulations should be further improved to eradicate discrimination ideas to safeguard their personal, economic, political, and cultural rights.
