摘要
培养高水平的田径裁判员队伍,使我国田径裁判工作更好的与世界接轨,是高等体育院、系的重要职责之一。而培养高水平田径裁判员是一项理论与实践相结合的系统工程,必须从多方面入手,才能切实抓好。
College students majoring in sports will be sport professionals and sport judges.Cultivating high-level track and field judge teams is one of important duties of physical education department which can make Chinese track and field judge work have the same level with the international judge work.Cultivating high-level track and field judges is a systematic engineering of combination of theory and practice which should be done well from all aspects.
