摘要
淄博齐鲁比欧西气体有限责任公司的2#空分装置的膨胀空气旁通量无流量指示,因此无法知道其准确值。针对这一旁通空气量的计算问题,有两种计算方法:一是利用相似原理的计算方法,二是利用组分平衡原理的计算方法。对这两种计算方法进行比较,认为组分平衡原理方法可以较准确的计算出旁通空气量,并且将其进行了工业使用。
The amount of bypass expanding air in KDON 6000/13000 air separator has no indicator, so the operator can not know its accurate amount. Aimed at this problem, there are two calculating methods for the calculation of the bypass air, one of which is the method using similar principle, and the other is the method using component balance principle. The two methods are compared, and it is shown by the comparison that component balance principle method can accurately calculate the bypass air, so it is put into industrial application.
