摘要
利用传统电热板加热法对样品进行消解,采用氢化物原子荧光光谱法对茶叶中微量甚至是痕量的硒进行检测,并且对实验结果造成影响的几个主要方面进行讨论,得出较优的一系列实验参数。硒的检出限达到0.30μg·L-1,相对标准偏差为2.6%,相关系数大于0.9992,线性范围为0~100μg·L-1。
The paper proposed a sensitive method for the determination of total selenium in tea samples by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The content of selenium in tea was extracted by heated using electric furnace. Some experimental conditions were optimized .The detection limit was 0.30 μg·L^-1, RSD was 2.6 %. The linear range of standard curve was 0-100 μg·L^-1 (r 〉 0.9990).
