摘要
[目的]探讨闭合性胰腺损伤的诊断与治疗手段。[方法]回顾性分析近年来我院收治35例闭合性胰腺损伤的临床资料。[结果]误诊2例,漏诊2例,手术治疗33例,经皮穿刺置管外引流2例,治愈34例,死亡1例。[结论]闭合性胰腺损伤缺乏典型临床表现,诊断难度大,但只要注意收集临床资料,综合判断,可提高诊断率;依损伤的类型选择适当的手术方式或治疗手段,可提高疗效,减少并发症发生。
[Objective] To explore the diagnosis and treatment of patients with blunt pancreatic trauma. [Methods] The clinical data of 35 patients with blunt pancreatic trauma treated in our hospital were collected and retrospective analyzed. [ Resuits] Among these patients, two patients were misdiagnosis, two patients were missed diagnosis, 33 patients were treated by operative treatment, two patients were treated with percutaneous puncture external drainage, 34 patients were cured as well as one patient was dead. [Conclusion] The blunt pancreatic trauma is lack of the typical clinical status, and high difficeulty in diagnosis. But the rate of diagnosis can be improved if enough attention has been paid to collect the clinic data combining with synthetic judgement. Adequate surgical treatment and therapeutic measures according to impaired degrees and types could improve the efficacy and decrease the complication.
