摘要
系统地分析了各种主动转向系统的性能特点,EPS能根据汽车行驶速度调节助力大小,在必要时能主动向驾驶员提出合理的转向建议或者直接进行转向干预,从而改善操作轻便性、提高汽车直线行驶性能和转向回正能力;AFS通过执行机构给转向轮叠加一个额外的转向角,实现转向系统的变传动比和对转向角的动态干预,从而改善汽车的驾驶舒适性、机动性和操纵稳定性;线控转向系统能够自动地进行转向干预,实现汽车动态偏行稳定性控制和自动道路轨迹跟踪,为最终实现汽车驾驶的全自动化提供了可能。
The wide application of the electronic control systems in the vehicle chasses technology has made the vehicle actively safer and driving more comfortable. The active steering systems found in series production can be classified into Electric Power Steering (EPS) and Active Front Steering (AFS). Steer- by -wire technology is also an area being researched and tested now. In ESP, assisted steering strength can be adjusted according to the vehicle speed, so ESP can direct the driver to turn or turn the vehicle actively in case of need. Consequently it can make handling comfortable and improve vehicle's straight running performance and steering returning ability. And in AFS, an additional steering angle is offered by the actuator to front steering wheel, so variable steering ratio and dynamic adjustment of steering angle are implemented. Thereby handling/operating is more flexible, stable and comfortable. In Steer- by -Wire, vehicle steering is automatically controlled. Vehicles can run along the given path -track themselves. It can also make vehicles drive automatically.
