摘要
文化被确认为一种软实力后,各国就都把提高国家文化软实力作为重要发展战略。文化软实力作为人们的社会核心价值的认同,在社会主义和谐社会建设中具有不可替代的意义。构建文化软实力,必须把握社会主义先进文化的本质性力量,确立社会主义核心价值体系的内核作用,大力推进文化创新,弘扬中华文化的普世价值观,同时还要正确处理文化的继承性与超越性、民族性与世界性的关系。
After culture is definitely viewed as a soft strenghth,enhancing the soft strenghth ot national culture is treated as an important developmental strategy in many states. The soft cultural strenghth recognised as a key social value is of great significance to the construction of the harmonious socialist society. To construct the soft cultural strength, it is quite necessary to hold the essence of the advanced socialist culture, to establish the core function of the key socialist value system, to vigorously boost cultural creation and to carry forward the Chinese value of releasing all the people from sufferings. Meanwhile,the relatioship must be correctly handled between the inheriting and overpassing of culture, and its qualities of being national and international.
