摘要
呼吸机相关性肺炎是机械通气过程中常见而又严重的并发症,因其发病率、病死率较高,为外科重症监护病房医师广泛关注。本文就近几年关于呼吸机相关性肺炎的病原学、危险因素、发病机制、诊断、治疗等新进展进行总结探讨,以便引起广大医护人员的重视,减少该病的发生率,提高治愈率。
Ventilator associated pneumonia （VAP） is a common and severe complication during mechanical ventilation,which is now attracting more attention from clinical doctors in SICU because of its high incidence and case fatality. This article reviewed progresses in etiology, risk factor, pathogenesis, diagnosis and therapy in ventilator associated pneumonia in order to attract more attention from common staff, reduce its incidence and promote healing rate.
