摘要
初中毕业班学生学习压力大,课业负担重,导致部分学生心理压力过大,是学生心理健康的隐患。运动锻炼被证明具有减轻压力,促进心理健康的作用。通过对部分学校初中毕业班学生运动锻炼状况和心理压力水平的调查分析,证明每次锻炼30-60分钟,每周锻炼2~3次具有明显的降低心理压力的作用。
The junior high school students on the verge of graduation are likely to face tension and mental stress due to the heavy load of learning. Sports prove to be able to reduce the pressure, and to promote mental health. An investigation is done over the students, and result shows that those who do the sports for 30-60 minutes each time and 2-3 times each week have obviously least mental stress.
