摘要
１９５５～１９９５年经手术治疗原发性输尿管恶性肿瘤４８例，其中移行细胞癌４６例，腺癌１例，平滑肌肉瘤１例。４１例随访７个月～１５年，５年生存率４３．９％。主要手术方式为肾输尿管全长及膀胱部分切除，在低期、低级肿瘤也可行输尿管部分切除，认为其预后主要取决于肿瘤的分期及分级。
48 cases of primary carcinoma of ureter had been operated during 1955 to 1995. Among these, 46 were transitional cell carcinoma, 1 being adenocarcinoma and 1 leiomyosarcoma. 41 cases have been followed up for 7 months to 15 years. The 5 years survival rate was 43.9%. Total nephroureterectomy with bladder cuff resection was the treatment of choice. Partial ureterectomy had been performed for early tumors. Prognosis was relevant to the stage and grade of the tumor.
