摘要
道德建设是一项系统工程。我国正处在社会转型期,人们的道德观念会受到来自各方面的冲击和影响,从而破坏头脑中原有的道德秩序和价值观念。企业员工同样会在企业改革、转型过程中面临道德观念方面的冲突与困惑。企业必须把握员工的道德状况,掌握在道德重建中应遵循的原则,加强对道德建设的重视程度,不断完善员工的道德人格和道德精神。
Moral construction is system engineering. China is at the time of social transition; people＇s moral concept may be stroked and affected from various aspects, which will break original moral order and value concept. Staff in enter-prise may also face moral collision and puzzle in enterprise reform and transition. Enterprise must control staff＇s moral conditions, master principles to be followed in moral reconstruction, emphasize moral construction, continually perfect staff＇s moral personality and moral spirit.
