摘要
通过对浙江省6届学生定向赛高校组运动员失误情况的统计与分析,寻找学生在定向越野中技术方面存在的问题,提出了若干改进定向越野技能的训练方法,以促进学生定向运动技术水平的提高。
Trougth the statistic and analysis to fault of players from high school group with six term＇s students in Zhejiang province,the paper finds the problems on skills in the process of oriented-cross-country race and puts forwards a lot of training methods to improve oriented-cross-country race,and promote the oriented-sport skill and level.
