摘要
选择3头体况良好、体重550kg左右并安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的荷斯坦奶牛进行试验。采用一次性灌注液相标记物Co-EDTA法测定奶牛瘤胃液相稀释率及外流速度,测定结果表明:奶牛瘤胃液相稀释率为15.01±0.56(%/h),瘤胃液相外流速度为7.9±0.75(L/h)。
Three good physical condition China Hesitan cows weighting about 550 kg and installed permanent mmen fistula were chosen for experiment. Co - EDTA was used as marker in order to determine the mmen liquid dilution rate and the outflow rate of the cows. The result Showed that dilution rate is 15.01%/h and the outflow rate is 7.9L/h.
