教师惩戒的合理性、可行性及实施建议

摘要 教师惩戒权是教师基于其职业地位而拥有的一种强制性权力,也是教师的职业权力之一。社会现实和教育法律法规也认同它的存在。然而当代教育中教师惩戒的实施却陷入了一个两难境地。本文从一则寓言故事的比喻入手,探讨了社会各界对教师惩戒的不同看法,并提出自己的观点—实施教师惩戒是必要的而且是可行的。并在此基础上提出合理实施教师惩戒权的若干建议。 Educational punishment is a kind of compulsory authority, which is based on its professional status. It is also one of teacher's professional authorities. The social reality and the education laws and regulations also approve its existence. However, in the contemporary education, the practice of educational punishment has fallen into to be in a dilemma actually. This article first discussed the different views of the society from all walks of life to educa- tional punishment, proposed the author's viewpoint that educational punishment is necessary and feasible. At the end of this article, the author listed four suggestions for carrying out the educational punishment.
