摘要
目的分析CT对于新生儿颅内出血的诊断价值。方法搜集我院临床考虑新生儿颅内出血行CT检查的患儿87例。结果CT检出率为89.3%。结论CT是新生儿颅内出血最有效的检查方法,当新生儿有窒息及产伤史时,应常规行头颅CT检查,尽量减少误诊漏诊,减少一系列严重后遗症的发生。
Objective To analyse CT diagnostic value of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage. Methods 87 cases suspected with neonatal intracranial hemorrhage were collecded by CT. Results CT diagnosis rate is 89. 7%. Conclusion CT examination is the most effective way to neonatal intracranial hemorrhage, when the newborn had asphyxiate or injure of lador, early CT scan will be helpful to diagnose neonatal intracanial hemorrhage and decrease sequela.
