摘要
针对数控系统在高度集成化过程中产生的柔性和稳定性问题,构建了一个基于两层网络的可监控数控系统.将Profibus-DP总线和SERCOS总线应用于数控系统的控制器设计中,解决了数控系统因信息交互密集而产生的实时性、可靠性差的问题.控制器基于PC架构,通过引入RTX系统改善了桌面操作系统实时性差的不足;采用组件技术实现软件设计,系统任务模块为可独立运行的实现某种控制功能的程序块.通过对功能单元的配置得到不同的程序模块,从而实现控制器的快速重构.将故障监测与诊断技术用于数控系统设计中,构建了层次化的可监控体系,开发了原型机,在数控系统网络化研究方面进行了一定探索.
For the flexibility and stability of control system during its integration, a monitoring computerized numerical control (CNC) system based on two-layer-network was designed. The problems of poor bad real-time capability and reliability caused by condensed information exchange were solved by using Profibus-DP and SERCOS bus. The controller based on PC structure improves its real-time capability with RTX system, The controlling software was design through component technology. Its task modules were composed of function units and ran independently. A new controller could be reconfigure with the way that put different function units into task module. The fault monitoring and diagnosis technologies were combined with CNC system designation and a layer-monitoring system is created in prototype machine.
