摘要
目的:研究联勤后合编医疗单位双向互动管理模式的综合效益。方法:利用TOPSIS法分别对医院、疗养院2005—2007年的综合效益情况进行评价。结果:医院、疗养院3年来的综合效益均逐年提高。结论:医院与疗养院合编单位构建和实践双向互动模式,能够有效推进医院和疗养院合编单位的建设发展。
Objective; Study the comprehensive effectiveness of the mutual flow mode of the combined medical organization. Method： Taking use of TOPSIS to evaluate the comprehensive effectiveness of hospital and sanitarium respectively from 2005 to 2007. Result： The comprehensive effectiveness o of hospital and sanitarium in last 3 year increased year by year. Conclusion： The mutual flow which is built and fulfilled by the combined organization that consists of hospital and sanitarium can press the organization developed efficiently.
