摘要
煤矿安全文化的评价对煤矿企业十分重要,但以往的评价大多为绝对评价,很难作到客观有效。基于DEA的煤矿安全文化评价模型,可以评价不同煤矿企业在相同投入下其安全文化的有效性,从而可通过与其他煤矿企业的对比来检验某一个煤矿企业的安全文化建设是否有效。该模型可以更客观有效地评价煤矿企业的安全文化。
It is important to the coal-mine company that the safey culture evaluation of the coal-mine company. But most evaluation is absolute and not effective. This paper proposes a ideal model of evaluation based on DEA for the evaluation problem of coal-mine safety culture. The model can evaluate the effect of different company with same cost. It can evaluate the effect of safety culture of some coal-mine company through comparing to the other companies. It can evaluate the effect of safety culture of coal-mine company more objectively and effectively.
