摘要 PID控制器在过程控制中已得到了广泛的应用,但它难以兼顾工业现场静态和动态指标的不同需求,而导致运行效果欠佳。通过一阶惯性规划过渡过程,设计设定值变化的全程合理性和引入微分信号的辅助应用,将控制目标的实现落实在规划的过程控制之中,使控制关键由原来对系统模型的确定过渡到对系统时间常数的粗略估计,显著地改进了控制效果。相关的MATLAB仿真分析,验证了所提出算法的合理性与一定的普适性。 PID controller has already applied widely, but it is difficult to meet the distinct requirements of both static and dynamic performance in the industrial plants, which leads to the inefficiency of operation. By programming transition process of one--order inertial system, designing rationality in the whole process of the set value changing and introducing assistant application of the derivative signal, the implementation of control target was carried into the programmed process control and made the control key to transit from confirming system model to roughly estimating the time constant of system, and the control effect was improved evidently. The relative simulation analysis with MATLAB verifies the rationality and certain universality of the proposed algorithm.
