磷酸化IKK和磷酸化IκBα在糖尿病大鼠心肌组织中的表达

摘要 雄性Wistar大鼠腹腔注射STZ以建立糖尿病模型成膜后4周、8周、12周测量大鼠心肌细胞面积并检测磷酸化IKK和磷酸化IκBα在糖尿病大鼠心肌组织中的表达水平等。结果:各时间点磷酸化IKK和磷酸化IκBα比正常对照组大鼠显著增加(P<0.01)。结论:磷酸化IKK和磷酸化IκBα伴随着心脏病理学改变而表达增加,可能在糖尿病心肌病中发挥重要作用。
