摘要
通过研制西气东输二线天然气管道工程用Φ1219mm×22mmX80钢级含Mo直缝埋弧焊管,研究了X80钢级含Mo钢板的焊接性、热影响区的弱化,并对矩形和圆棒拉伸试样进行了对比试验分析,对Φ1219mm×22mmX80钢级HTP与含Mo直缝埋弧焊管的主要性能进行了对比分析。提出了厚壁X80钢级管线钢管的拉伸试验应采用圆棒试样的建议。
The φ1219mm×22 mm LSAW pipe in Mo-containing X80 steel grade is developed for the project of "No.2 Line of West-East Gas Transmission Pipeline System", covering such activities as studying of the weldability of the steel plate in Mo-containing X80 steel grade and weakening of the heat-affected area, comparative tensile test analysis between the result of the test made with a rectangular test piece and that of the test made with a round bar test piece, and the comparative analysis of the main properties between the HTP pipe and the φ1219mm×22 mm LSAW pipe in Mo-containing X80 steel grade. It is proposed that round bar test piece be used for tensile test of the heavy-wall XSO steel linepipe.
