摘要 本文概述了以β-酮脂酰-ACP合成酶(Fab)为靶点的新型抗生素的开发背景、筛选模型的构建以及最新筛选成果。并对一种很有希望用于临床的Fab抑制剂platensimycin进行了详细介绍。 A novel type of antibiotics with a new mechanism involving the inhibition of Fab enzyme (β-ketoacyl-[acyl carrier protein] synthases) was summarized in this article, including the background of the research and development of the screen model as well as the results of screening a promising new Fab inhibitor platensimycin, which had the potential to be introduced into clinical use in the future was described, in detail.
