摘要
环境工程管理是从系统的观点出发对装备寿命周期中各项环境工程活动进行全面规划、组织、协调与监督,在环境工程工作中占有十分重要的地位。通过运用系统工程思路与方法,系统构建潜艇环境工程工作体系,深入研究了潜艇环境管理工作内容及管理方法,探讨了环境工程信息管理方法、流程与运行机制等。
Environmental engineering management is all engineering activity, carrying on the comprehensive programming, organizing, coordinating, and supervising in the life cycle of product, and is the most important environmental engineering work. The submarine environmental engineering work system was established beginning from systems engineering theory and method. The environmental management content and method for submarine was studied, The environmental engineering information management process and operational methods were discussed.
