摘要
基于Elman神经网络的移动机器人电机负荷预测,是为了对机器人电机进行保护和实时监控。由于机器人运动过程中,免不了会受到过大或不稳定负载的影响,很可能出现电机过热、冲击,使电机遭到损害。文章通过Elman神经网络算法对电机电流、电压数值的分析,设定工作电压电流阈值,并验证了此方法可使电机工作在最佳工作状态。
This research is protecting the electromotor and real time surveillance. Since it can not be avoided from the unsteadiness of a load during the process of movement of a robot, the electromotor may be burned out or impacted, which would destroy the electromotor. By using Matlab, we analyze the electric current and voltage, and set the limit electric current and voltage. Then we improve this work that could run a electromotor at a best status.
