摘要
用西门子S7-200PLC控制小型汽车外壳冲压系统中板材运输机械手的工作。机械手具有可视功能,能检测到搬运位置是否有板材,并作出相应的等待或者工作判断。当有板材在搬运位置时,机械手下降并抓起板材旋转送到板材冲压进料口,松开板材并自动回到初始位置等待下一轮工作。
Use SIMATIC S7-200 programmable logic controller to control transportable manipulator how to work on outer shell of cars and mini-automobiles punching system about panel transportation. The manipulator has the visible function, can examin, e whether or not there is the panel in the transporting position, meanwhile it makes the corresponding wait or the work judgment. When there is the panel in the transporting position, the manipulator drops and grasps the plate to revolve and deliver the feeding place of punch panel. Accordingly it looses the panel, and it automatically returns to the initial point and wait for next round work.
