摘要
条件价值法(Contigent Value Method,CVM)是评价非使用价值的主要方法。近几年,该方法在生态环境价值评估领域逐渐受到重视,主要得益于其本身的灵活性、广泛的适用性和强大的数据来源能力。国内外学者对CVM方法进行了较为深入的研究,并广泛应用于生态环境的非使用价值评价。文章对CVM方法近年在国外与国内的发展进行了介绍,讨论了CVM方法在理论上的成果与实际应用中的案例,并比较了国外与国内在CVM方法使用中的不同。
Contingent value method （CVM） is a main method for non-use value evaluation. In recent years, CVM was widely used for ecological environment evaluation because of its applicability, flexibility and strong ability of data sources. Many scholars investigated into the contingent value method deeply, and applied it to non-use value evaluation of ecological environment. This paper introduced the updated development of CVM, discussed its theoretical achievement and practical use, and compared the differences between overseas and inland.
