摘要
不锈钢压力容器在使用过程中很容易产生应力腐蚀,导致使用寿命缩短,严重时还可能引起爆炸事故。通过对浓缩锅裂纹的特征和产生原因进行深入的分析,总结了影响1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢压力容器产生Cl-应力腐蚀的因素,并提出了不锈钢压力容器在制造和使用中防止产生Cl-应力腐蚀的措施。
In the use process, the stainless steel pressure vessel easily produces stress corrosion, thus causing the shorter operating life, more serious, is possibly causing explosion, Through deep analysis the. character and cause of crackle occurring in the concentrating pot and summarising influence factors causing the stress corrosion in the 1 CrlSNi9 Ti stainless steel pressure vessel, the paper proposed the methods to prevent the Cl^- stress corrosion in the process of manufacture and usage of the stainless steel pressure vessel.
