摘要
文章从高校应届毕业生自我保护意识淡薄、法制法规不够健全等几个方面进行分析,提出加强应届毕业生就业权益保护势在必行,并提出通过加强毕业生自我保护、行政保护、信息保护和社会保护等方面建立起高校应届毕业生就业权益保护体系。
This paper analyzes that the fresh graduates have a weak awareness of self-protection, laws and regulations are not sound enough, puts forward that strengthening the protection of employment rights of fresh graduates is imperative, and also puts forward that we can establish the employment rights protection system by strengthening the graduates' self-protection, the protection of information protection and social protection,and other aspects.
