Ⅱ、Ⅲ期直肠癌组织中肿瘤淋巴管生成与COX-2和VEGF-C表达的关系

摘要 目的探讨、期直肠癌组织中肿瘤淋巴管的生成与环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)表达的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法测定肿瘤淋巴管密度(LVD)及、期直肠癌组织COX-2和VEGF-C的表达。结果(1)直肠癌肿瘤旁LVD为15.3±5.8,显著高于直肠癌肿瘤周边区LVD(P<0.01),并且与淋巴结转移及预后相关;(2)直肠癌肿瘤旁LVD与VEGF-C、COX-2的表达不相关。结论直肠癌肿瘤旁LVD与直肠癌的淋巴结转移和预后密切相关。 Objective To investigate the expressions of cycloxygenase-2 (COX-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF-C) in rectal cancer of stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ , and to explore the relationship between them and the tumor biological characteristics, tumor lymphangiogenesis. Methods The expressions of COX-2, VEGF-C and the lymphatic vessel density (LVD) were detected by immunohistochemisty. Results (1)The value of LVD of cancer was 15.3± 5.8, higher than that of peritumoral normal tissue(P〈0. 01). The value of LVD was correlated with the lymph node metastasis and prognosis. (2) The value of LVD was not correlated with the expression of COX-2, VEGF-C, and it was not correlated with the differential of the tumor, the size of the tumor and the depth of the invasion. Conclusions The lymphangiogenesis mainly occurs in peritumoral areas. LVD is correlated with the lymph node metastasis and prognosis.
