摘要
经阴道超声引导下穿刺取卵术因其操作简单、超声图像清晰、手术时间短和费用低等优点,成为目前实施体外受精-胚胎移植术的首选采卵方法,对临床治疗不育症有实用价值。本文对目前该技术临床应用过程中并发症发生及预治进行综述。
Transvaginal ultrasound guided oocyte retrieval during in vitro fertilization treatment was first described in 1985. By virtue of its simplicity and effectiveness, it has gained popularity and has now become the gold standard for IVF therapy. Nevertheless, despite its advantages, the aspiration needle may injure the adjacent pelvic organs and structures leading to serious complications. This article reviews the most common complications reported in literature and summarizes the recommendations made to minimize their occurrence.
