摘要
在1000 mL反应釜中,考察了553~573 K,6~18 MPa条件下,亚/超临界混合溶剂(乙醇-水和异丙醇-水)对稻草液化转化生物油行为的影响。结果表明,使用体积配比(有机溶剂占混合溶剂的体积比)小于50%的混合溶剂能够提高稻草的液化转化率,并且能够抑制低沸点挥发物质的产生。生物油中的氧含量随着混合溶剂中供氢溶剂(乙醇和异丙醇)体积配比的增加而降低。生物油的气相色谱/质谱联机分析(GC-MS)结果表明,混合溶剂配比对生物油成分的影响较大,稻草液化的主要产物是酯类衍生物。
The sub- and supercritical liquefaction of rice straw to produce bio-oil with mixed solvent (ethanol-water and 2-propanol-water mixture) was studied in a 1000 mL autoclave at 553-573 K, 6-18 MPa. The results showed that using mixture could promote the conversion of rice straw below 50%, and inhibit the formation of low-boiling point materials. The oxygen content in the bio-oil was decreased with the the increase of the ratio of hydrogen donor solvent (ethanol and 2-propanol). The bio-oil was analyzed with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and the results indicated that the component characterization of bio-oil was largely depended on the ratio of mixture, and the liquefaction of rice straw yielded primarily ester derivatives.
