摘要
[目的]利用TN-2中医推拿手法测试仪对专家组、普通临床医生组和学生组作一实时监测,根据手法图形为参数,对法做半定量化的研究,从而为法的规范化量化依据。[方法]3组被测试人员先静息15 min,避免心理因素干扰,按法传统操作要领,在TN-2中医推拿手法测试仪上操作,显示法图像,每个实验对象操作2遍,每遍5 min,实时记录手法操作图形信号,中间间隔10 min,以保证同一性和可重复性。[结果]在TN-2中医推拿手法测试仪上显示的峰值力、波形相对冲量值大小等是法的关键因素。[结论]TN-2中医推拿手法测试仪上峰值、谷值、冲量值、量效关系曲线等是描述手法操作特点的关键因素。
[Objection] Using TN-2 detector for maneuver of massage therapy in TCM and taking the maneuver graph as the parameter to carry out a realtime monitoring on rolling manipulation between specialist group, common clinician group and student group in order to provide a standard and quantitative＇basis for this therapeutic method. [Methods] After resting for 5 min without any mental stimulation the graph of rolling manipulation was obtained in the testing persons of three groups with TN-2 detector according to the traditional instruction of the instrument. Two manipulations, lasting for 5 min in each test, were performed in each volunteer. [Results] The value of peak amplitude power and the value of waveform relative impulse of TN-2 test were the key factor in rolling manipulation. [Conclusion] The peak value, valley value, the value of impulse and the dose-effect relationship of TN-2 detector for massage therapy in TCM are the key factor describing the character of the maneuver of rolling manipulation.
