摘要
用丙烯腈-乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷共聚物作室温硫化型硅橡胶(RTVS)的交联剂,其硫化胶具有良好的耐油性。100份RTVS至少需用30份共聚物才能达到交联的目的。随共聚物用量的增加,硫化胶的介电常数增加。共聚物的分子量对硫化胶的耐油性基本无影响。当共聚物用量分别为31,75和120份时,硫化胶在煤油、苯和柴油中于室温下浸泡24h,其耐油性比一般RTVS硫化胶好。在柴油中,共聚物用量对硫化胶的耐油性影响较小。共聚物用量为50份的硫化胶,其热分解温度(358℃)仅比RTVS低9℃,不影响其使用。
The oil resistance of room temperature vulcanized ( RTV ) silicone rubbers was evidently improved by using acrylonitrile-vinyltriethoxy-silane copolymer as crosslinking agent. The oil resistance of RTV silicone rubbers increased with the increase of copolymer amount, while the molecular weight hardly affected their oil resistance. TG analysis showed that the heat resistance of the RTV silicone rubbers crosslin-ked by this copolymer was similar to that] of general RTV silicone rubbers.
