摘要
以BaCO3和Bi2O3为原料,以MnO2为掺杂剂,用固相法制备出具有NTC特性的BaBiO3基陶瓷。在25~300℃的测试温度范围内,MnO2掺杂量为2%~30%的BaBiO3基陶瓷材料,其电阻率、温度特性呈现良好的NTC特性;试样的B25_85值和室温电阻率ρ25均随着Mn4+掺杂量的增加呈现先减少后增大的趋势。
Using BaCO3 and Bi2O3 as the starting BaBi1-xMnxO3 ceramics with NTC characteristics were materials with MnO2 dopant, the prepared by conventional solid-state reaction method. The BaBi1-xMnxO3 ceramics with various amounts of MnO2 dopant from 2%to 30% (mole fraction) all have NTC characteristics over the testing temperature range of 25-300 ℃. At first, the introduction of Mn^4+ results in a significant decrease of the resistivity ρ25 and B25-85 values of BaBi1-xMnxO3. The successive increase of Mn^4+ results in the appearance of the insulator phases. This leads to the increase of the resistivity ρ25 and B25-85 values of BaBi1-xMnxO3 materials.
