摘要
提高现代远程教育的教学质量，优质的学习支持服务是关键。而随着网络的发展，越来越多的学者意识到网上学习支持服务的重要性。如何提供优质的网上学习支持服务，满足学生需求是关键。文章以参加中南大学远程教学平台学习的学生为研究对象，从他们的需求出发，对网上学习支持服务系统的建设提出了相关建议。
In order to improve teaching quality of modern distance education, learning support service of high quality is regarded as a critical element. With the development of network, more and more scholars become aware of the importance of online learning support service. How to provide excellent online learning support service and satisfy students^demand is the key. This paper makes an analysis of online learning support service based on the demands of students participating in the distance teaching platform of Central South University and puts forward some suggestions for the construction of the system.
